Xena DAO and xXEN (Upcoming)

XEN can be staked and exchanged for xXEN on a one-to-one basis. The token, xXEN, is a non-transferable governance token that grants its holders decision-making powers within the Xena DAO.

Staking and Redemption

xXEN can be converted back into XEN at any point. However, it's worth noting that these tokens must be vested for a minimum of two weeks. The amount of xXEN that can be redeemed back into XEN increases linearly with the vesting duration:

• Minimum Vesting Period: Two weeks, at which point xXEN is redeemable for XEN at a 1:0.5 ratio.

• Maximum Vesting Period: Twelve weeks, at which point xXEN is redeemable for XEN at a 1:1 ratio.

Governance and Early Participation

As holders of xXEN, participants serve as both the asset manager and the decision-maker for the Xena DAO.

The Xena DAO encourages early participation with its unique early lock bonus program. In this system, XEN tokens are emitted to xXEN holders as an incentive, kickstarting the activities and decisions of the Xena DAO.
